Feel your Feelings – Be Hopeful

Quarantine…
It seems difficult now.
I understand.

It’s becoming harder even for those who enjoy their own company.
It’s becoming harder even for those who love to spend time with their families.
It’s becoming harder even for those who are introvert.

We understand that.
Everyone around the world understands that.
But,
We also understand that it’s important –
for us, our loved ones, and our world.

So… We keep our spirits high and hopes higher.
We see negative news of the people, economy, terrorism, and unfortunate disasters, but still, we keep courage.

We do whatever we want – read, write, cook, talk, clean, meditate – and what not! But we TRY NOT TO feel low. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not any day.

However, it is also OKAY if we feel low sometimes. After all, it’s natural. Then, what should we do?

We should use our pending leaves even when we are working from home and we have nothing else to do!
We should play Antakshari.
We should watch our favorite show over n over again – just to feel good.
We should put on some makeup.
We should wear sarees or suits, get ready, and click selfies.
We should try various photography apps just to admire ourselves. 😉
We should talk with SELF.
We should HEAL.

In short, we should do EVERYTHING just to be on the track of positivity.
If you still don’t want to do anything… Then also it’s fine – Sleep for 12 hours straight and eat Maggieee!

JUST DO NOT LET YOURSELF DOWN. We got this! 😎
